2006 Vidal Icewine, Neufeld Vineyard

Grapes were grown at the Neufeld Vineyard (Palatine Hills) and harvested during the later half of January 2007 . I bought 21L of juice in total, which was settled for a few days before pick up.

Despite the pain of paying $30/L for Vidal juice, I think this has turned out to be the best wine I've ever made. Perfectly balanced, and displaying a nose and taste typical of really good Vidal Icewine, I couldn't be happier with how this wine turned out.
