2006 Riesling, started cold stabalization
Over the next week or so, the outside temperature forecast is to remain within a 4 degree range from -2 to 2°C, so it seems like a good time to cold stabilize my Riesling. The three carboys went outside today, and will remain outside until temperatures either drop or raise significantly.
