2006 Icewine orders

I just put in my order for 2006 Icewine this year with two local wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake. I ordered 20L of Vidal and 20L of Gewurztraminer from the Neufeld Vineyard (Palatine Hills) and 20L of Vidal, 13L of Cab Franc and 13L of Riesling-Traminer from Watson's Farm.

I would prefer to do more Vinifera this year, but it's markedly more expensive than Vidal (it's harder to grow I imagine, with lower yields) and I just can't afford it. Plus, I don't want to potentially mess up thousands of dollars of juice in only my second year experimenting with Icewine.
